Heads up — Rats & mice come into houses at this time of year to keep warm. Rats can eat through plastic pipe work to get to water because they’re thirsty causing water leaks. MT Plumbing & Drainage have been & still are replacing pipe work eaten through from rats in one of our customers homes. Please put bait up in your ceiling with a small bowl of water next to it. It may stop this happening to you.
